- Have you ever moved from one place to another where you knew no one? How did you feel? If you see a new kid in your class, what should you do?
- You know a lot about cars. You’re considered the expert among your friends. You are proud of what you know. One day, a friend asks you a very specific question about the engine in a 1698 Mustang. You don’t know the answer. What do you do?

- This portion is part of the book “BaMidbar”, which means “wilderness”. The Israelites had been slaves in Egypt all their lives, and all of a sudden they found themselves in the wilderness, learning a new way of life. How do you think they must have felt?
- Why do you think the ages that the Levites would begin and end their service were spelled out?
- Look at chapter 9, verses 6-13. Here, the people ask a specific question regarding passover. What was Moses’ answer? What does it tell you about his character?
- Why do you think Moses reacted the way he did when he heard about Eldad and Medad? What does that tell us about him?
