(scenarios) What would you do?
- You hear an embarrassing story about a classmate. Everyone is talking about it. What should you do?
- You’re playing baseball with your buddies. A kid on the opposing team consistently strikes out the entire game. What do you do?
- You’re hanging out with your friends. You see, walking towards you, one of the most unpopular kids in school – doesn’t do sports, isn’t a good student, and is generally a disagreeable character. Your friends start making fun of this “loser”. What do you do?
- What can you do to stop someone from being bullied?
- If you see someone being bullied on the internet, what can you do?

What Does This Parshah Mean to Me?
- This portion has a lot of rituals. What do you think the word “ritual” means? What purpose do rituals serve in your life?
- Why do you think the priest examined the ill person?
- Why do you think the person who was ill needs to do all of these actions before returning to the community? What do we do today as we get better from an illness?
- This portion teaches us about a house that is afflicted with “a plague”. What do you think this really means? What does it remind you of?
- The Rabbis teach us that illness can be linked to behavior. Leprosy was connected to the idea of gossip. This parasha teaches us about cures for illness. How can bad behavior be cured?
- Do you think there is a difference between gossip and bullying? Why or why not?
