Summary

Moses concluded his final address by explaining the obligations owed by and owed to G-d. He assured the people that they would be forgiven and brought back from exile. 

“You stand this day all of you, before the Lord your G-d your tribal heads, your elders and your officials, all the men of Israel.” (Deut.29.9)
