Summary

Continuing his address to the people, Moses reviews the laws which lay the groundwork  for a just society. Laws concerning birthright, handling lost property, robbing a birds nest, interest, loans and more. Moses concluded his speech with the commandment that the Israelites should remember the Amalek tribe and what they did.
