- What does changing the rules of the game in the middle mean? Has someone ever done this to you? Have you ever done this to someone else?

- Read chapter 6, verses 2-4. What is God promising?
- Do you think the plagues were only for the Egyptians? What do you think the Israelites learned?
- Why is remembering important in this parashah?
- Look at the order of the plagues. Do you think they were random?
- If you were an Israelite, witnessing the plagues, how would you feel?
