1. You’re playing soccer with some friends.  Someone kicks the ball and dents a car door.  No one knows who it is, but the owner of the car accuses one of your buddies.  What should you do?
2. Your youth group needs to choose a new president.  What qualities should he or she have?

1. Why is justice so important?
2. Why do you think a person can be found guilty only if there are two or more witnesses present?
3. Why should fruit trees not be destroyed in war?
4. One of the rules about capital punishment in this portion is that the witneesses must be the first ones to carry out the sentence. Why do you think this is so?
