What Does This Parshah Mean to Me?

  1. Why do you think that Moses referred to  Abraham, Isaac and Jacob when he talked about the covenant?
  2. Look at chapter 29, verse 13 and 14.  What does it mean that the covenant is made with those who are here and those who are not?
  3. Why do you think it is important that the people know that there is hope, even if they disobey God’s laws?
  4. What do the people have to do in order to be loved by God again?
  5. What does it mean when the text says that the law is not far away, but it is “very close to you”?
